I used to decide what to build next by guessing.
Now I let the traffic decide, and I don't leave the terminal to do it.
Three MCP servers are plugged into Claude Code for my sites:
↳ Google Analytics, for what people actually landed on
↳ PostHog, for what they did once they got there
↳ DataForSEO, for what they searched to find it
So instead of asking Claude Code to build a page, I asked it what page the data says is missing.
It came back with something I half-suspected but had never proved: the site's strongest asset is distance-definition queries, and that content was scattered across pages nobody could navigate between.
The fix?
An interactive hub... not more articles.
Claude also spotted a broken analytics setup while it was in there. I hadn't asked it to look.
